The role focuses on creating architecture strategies, designing Azure-based cloud solutions, and establishing standards for .NET projects to enhance functionality, data reliability, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead .NET and Azure cloud solution development and migration. Create digital artifacts, design plans, roadmaps, and integration guidelines. Oversee application builds, testing, deployment, and conduct code reviews. Develop KPIs, data migration strategies, and ensure secure, efficient delivery. Mentor team members and enforce compliance with accessibility standards. Skills & Experience Required: 7 years in object-oriented and .NET development, database management, and communication. 5 years in web service design (SOAP/XML, REST/JSON), JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), and secured web services. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, authentication protocols, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, ADA). Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in technical environments. Qualifications: Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and regulations. Strong project planning, documentation, and resource management skills.
