Facility Maintenance & Marina TM

OVERVIEW: The Facility Maintenance & Marina Team Member is responsible for maintaining the facility, grounds and marina under the direct supervision of the Delivery Captain. The Facility Maintenance & Marina Team Member will act as an assistant to the Delivery Captain as a mate on trial runs and delivery orientations, as well as will assist with the basic maintenance and upkeep of all inventory boats. KEY TASKS: Maintain an organized and professional showroom, grounds and marina at all times. Perform general maintenance at facility, grounds and marina, including trash removal, small repairs, lawn maintenance and dock maintenance. Demonstrate basic seamanship and boat line handling skills. Demonstrate the basic understanding of vessel systems and operations. Assist with docking and the tying of boats daily. Assist with check-in procedures of new boats delivered to the dealership. Demonstrate the safe operation of company vehicles, forklifts and equipment at all times. Perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance as needed. Assist with set up of boat shows and other on/off-site promotional events Other duties as assigned.
