Are you detail-oriented, organized, and adept at handling multiple responsibilities? Join our team as an Office Manager & Event Planner, where you will collaborate closely with our Chief Strategy Officer as you will play a pivotal role in project management and office administration, ensuring smooth operations across the board. How You Will Impact the Business Office Responsibilities: Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and managing inquiries. Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, kitchen, conference rooms and general office space. Prepare conference rooms for meetings and events, ensuring all necessary materials are available. Manage all ordering for the office and annual office budget. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the leadership team with travel arrangements and meeting coordination. Assist the Leadership Team with ad hoc tasks as needed. Event Planning: Plan and execute Superior events, including biannual partner meetings, producer meetings, quarterly staff outings, and team lunches, ensuring all details are meticulously managed. Assist with all hotel agreements and event space agreements. Coordinate all meeting logistics with these facilities, including food and beverage, audio / visual, and room layout. Manage event attendee lists with agency partner offices and create event badges for all attendees. Travel to events to help set up and execute, as needed. Keys to Your Success Exceptional Attention to Detail: You thrive on precision and organization. Strong Proficiency in Excel: You are comfortable managing data and creating reports. Reliability and Trustworthiness: Team members can count on you to deliver. Required Skills Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a professional administrative role. TechnicalSkills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
