The ideal candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to handle diverse patient needs, and a commitment to patient education and support. Duties Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and overall health. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Administer respiratory therapies, including aerosol treatments, mechanical ventilation, and other interventions. Educate patients and their families about respiratory treatments and home care management. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using electronic health record systems. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and workflow efficiency. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a clinical setting. Experience with critical care or pulmonary rehabilitation preferred. Requirements Active RRT credential. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
