They actively seek to train, advise, and develop franchisees in alignment with company policies and standards to promote high franchisee morale and business performance. You will Prepare and complete training sessions, area meetings, and conference calls regularly to provide coaching and development in the Five Critical Outcomes Actively support efforts to enhance franchise/customer experience and monitor franchise performance through KPMs Provide targeted training to maintain competitive performance and engage in annual strategic planning efforts Review financial metrics regularly and advise on profit growth strategies Assist in improving owners' management skill sets and help train their staff for customer service, revenue growth, and profitability Keep Regional Director of Operations informed and provide regular updates Document consultation activities within Salesforce Conduct system updates, instructional training, and gather feedback with large groups of franchise owners Assist with franchise onboarding and development You have Minimum of five (5) years as a consultant, partner, or director for franchise system OR ten (10) years as a successful business owner Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization Passion for serving franchisees through consultation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis Professional positive attitude, leadership competence, and commitment to ongoing learning College degree and/or appropriate work experience Ability to travel independently and work flexible hours About SERVPRO For more than 50 years, SERVPRO® has been a trusted leader in fire and water cleanup and restoration services.
