Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Business Analyst/Project Leader in our Energy and Sustainability Services group. What will you do? Partner with business sponsors, subject matter experts, and software development teams to build and enhance business process and reporting software Work with product management and business stakeholder analysis teams to develop technology solutions to business needs Elicit, shape and document software development requirements while maintaining a strong functional knowledge of applications Respond to user requests for training and problem solving on existing systems Act as the liaison between business staff and technical staff communicating issues, defects, and enhancements to the development teams Create and maintain documentation of new project processes and deliverables including requirements, testing documentation and issues logs Roll out new system enhancements to system users meeting training needs What qualifications will make you successful? 5 years' experience as business analyst working on customer-facing business applications that are both data heavy and customer-focused Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with core competency in thoroughly understanding the entirety of problems and solutions Creativity to view a problem from many angles, problem solve and drive towards an excellent solution Initiative to uncover and solve problems proactively and self-starter who can suggest technology improvements Effective working on teams, within and outside of function Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities Proficiency in a MS Windows environment (i.e. Word & Excel) Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university Strong experience with project management methodologies Preferred but nonessential skills and qualifications: Previous energy or sustainability industry knowledge What's in it for me?
