Job Descriptions: Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams. Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives. Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives. Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements. Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions. Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables. Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems. Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education. About This Role: Client is seeking a Data Management Analyst within the Accounting Transformation Team. This position will support significant portions of the Axiom implementation and reporting modernization project. The team is tasked with developing and executing data sourcing and testing requirements to be used to populate Financial and US Regulatory Reports. The data delivery automation activities will result in the accurate automated production of significant US Regulatory Reports such as the FR Y-14Q, FR Y-9C among others. In this role, you will: Conduct data analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements. Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality Adhere to data governance standards and procedures Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in SQL, Python, Data Analysis, Excel. Desired Qualifications: Experience in Alteryx Thorough understanding of the design, development, and implementation of software solution Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Experience with BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI Working knowledge of importing data for use in report software or analytical tool Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills Product knowledge in some or all the following areas (loans & leases, deposits, derivatives, securities, equity, capital etc.) Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and financial reporting: Client, OCC, SEC, etc. Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, financial reporting systems, legal entities, and role of regulatory authorities.
