Job Title: Data Control Clerk III Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: 03 Months on W2 Shift 3rd - 40 hours a week, possible OT, 10 PM - 6:30 AM Level III: 1 year of experience. Excel skills are needed for this role. Receives and inputs data information into an Excel Spreadsheet. Maintains and revises data as necessary and keeps correct data. Other clerical duties and tasks may be required. This is in an production environment so you will be walking around hourly to collect the data needed to enter into the excel spreadsheet. This position is responsible for entering product status updates in Microsoft Excel on an hourly basis in production throughout the plant. Will also update and enter information into database (Oracle). Individual will need to wear PPE and walk to different buildings to collect information and enter. Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently while working without close supervision Requirements: Education - High school diploma or equivalent Experience - 1+ years in data entry, clerical, or similar role Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook - Must be comfortable utilizing Excel including entering data and checking for accuracy. n individual should be intermediate. Must be comfortable working in and walking through the production areas. This is not an office role. They will be on their feet for the majority of the shift. Must wear PPE throughout the day bility to stand for long periods and ability to do a lot of walking bility to lift 50 pounds Work effectively with a variety of people PPE: Must be clean-shaven on day 1 for the respirator fitting. If the contractor arrives on day 1 unshaved, will be turned away Steel-toe shoes, hard hats, lab coats, and safety glasses must be worn while in the production areas.
