Job Description Job Posting: Paralegal Location: Louisville, KY Position: Paralegal Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 Experience Required: 3+ years Overview: We are seeking a skilled Paralegal with a strong background in plaintiff nursing home abuse & neglect and medical malpractice to join our team in Louisville. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for clients and a commitment to providing excellent support to our legal team. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with case preparation, including legal research and drafting documents. Manage case files and maintain organized records. Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and other parties as needed. Prepare for depositions, trials, and hearings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal certification is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff nursing home abuse & neglect and medical malpractice. Strong organizational, research, and communication skills. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
