The Pipe Layer will spend most of the time outdoors in hot, cold, and some potentially hazardous work environments."¯ The Pipe Layer must be aware of traffic laws, ordinances, and rules involved in heavy equipment operation, occupational hazards, and standard safety practices."¯ KRG has more than 20 years of experience in service, support, and consultation to the storm and wastewater infrastructure industry."¯ Come join our team of professional technicians that know the importance of what we do every day. The Pipe Layer will be responsible for the installation and/or repair of water, sewer, and stormwater piping as assigned or directed. This role will require the loading and unloading of tools and equipment onto and from the truck as directed. This is a 40+ hour-a-week position with the possibility of weekends and overnight travel. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing company. Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Essential Responsibilities and Requirements: Valid US Driver's License (This is a firm requirement) The ability to work completely outdoors in rain, sleet, sunshine & snow. Comfortable working around wildlife and on the side of road. Ability to follow a firm work schedule as directed by the crew foreman. Understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to carry and lift 70+ pounds multiple times per shift. Your own reliable transportation.
