Description Our company is seeking a Lead Substation Physical Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As an integral team member, you will be responsible for leading and designing high voltage utility substation projects, collaborating with various electric utility disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Lead conceptual and detailed HV and MV Substation Physical/Electrical design projects Perform engineering studies, calculations, and quality control reviews Act as the technical lead on projects with minimal guidance Create and review bill of materials, proposals, and scopes of work Engage in client interaction, including site visits Develop leadership skills for future roles Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of Substation physical design experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, civil, or related field Experience with grounding studies/lightning protection and lighting studies Are you ready to make an impact?
