**Executive Assistant (Technical team)** **Category:** Administration **Main location:** United States, Virginia, Fairfax **Position ID:** J **Employment Type:** Full Time **Position Description:** CGI Federals Emerging Technologies Practice (ETP) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our ETP mission functions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen and administrative expertise, enabling them to support our practice effectively and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality solutions. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** Executive Support: o Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives. o Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review. o Maintain and update executive project documentation and records. o Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executives. Technical Assistance: o Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documents and manuals. o Support the ETP leadership & team in data entry, analysis, and reporting. Value Stream (workstream) Coordination: o Track roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables. o Facilitate communication between ETP Leadership and other Business Units. o Assist in the coordination of meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing minutes via our AI-powered meeting transcript summarization Standard Operating Procedure. o Support the Value Management Office in work tracking, reporting, creation of Standard Operating Procedures, etc. Office Management: o Ensure the virtual office **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** Education: o Associates degree in administrative support, business, science, technology or a related field is preferred or additional experience in lieu of education. Experience: o Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Skills: o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher). o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Basic understanding of technical terminology and processes. o Strong content management skills. Attributes: o Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. o Open to new ways of working and leveraging technical tools, like AI, to optimize Standard Operating Procedures o Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Desired Qualifications Education: o Bachelors degree in administrative support, business, science, technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: o Familiarity with project management and/or software lifecycle management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, MS Project). o Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). o Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. o Understanding of Project Management Office (PMO) and Value Management Office (VMO) functions. Experience: o Previous experience in a technical or engineering environment. Certifications: o Administrative or technical certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, CompTIA A+). The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $61,900.00 - $121,900.00.
