Sr. Account Executive Responsibilities: Lead strategic meetings with captive insurance groups and clients. Drive renewal negotiations, prepare proposals, and support brokering of traditional insurance coverages. Develop and execute client service plans, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. Manage quarterly reporting, lead claims meetings, and conduct regular client visits. Collaborate internally and externally to promote profitable growth and ensure strategic objectives are met. Facilitate updates across departments and external partners, tracking key deliverables. Identify opportunities for improvement and spearhead initiatives that drive Captive growth. Travel occasionally for key client and industry meetings (valid driver's license required). Sr. Account Executive Requirements: 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, handling high-level accounts with expertise across multiple disciplines (casualty, claims, marketing, underwriting). Strong negotiating skills, with the ability to navigate complex deals with insureds, brokers, and carriers. Active Property & Casualty license . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a deep understanding of loss forecasting, collateral contracts, and large deductible structures. Ability to deliver impactful presentations and represent the company at industry events. Hybrid/Remote Flex M-F 8am-5pm $95-105k All qualified applicants will be contacted.
