Shift Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities * * Responsible for providing leadership and motivation to achieve production goals and business objectives. Responsible for effective implementation of company strategies which include: cross training, employee development, performance, safety communication and quality assurance. Maintains quality and productivity by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Improves operating efficiency by working with employees, Process and Product Engineers. Observe & enforce all safety policies and procedures in compliance with the company rules, while seeking continuous improvement. Responsible for his/her safety as well as that of his/her employees by maintaining a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel. Monitor the workflow of the departments and provide feedback to Matt Valentine on product quality issues. Provide direction and guidance to employees. Coordinate and support continuous improvement through the facility. Communication and Recognition with employees.
