To learn more, visit: The Team: As a Vice President leading our Market Services audit portfolio, you will be responsible for providing audit assurance through the evaluation of processes, systems, internal controls, risk management and governance across the Market Services business segment, ensuring effectiveness, industry best practices and company and regulatory requirements. . In this role, you will manage teams leading the audit function responsibilities for Nasdaq's North American and European Market Services with teams located in the United States and Sweden. Your role and responsibilities Determining the audit plan for the Market Services audit portfolios, working in conjunction with the Internal Audit management team and Chief Audit Executive, and partnering closely with the senior business leaders for the North American Market Services business and the European Market Services business. Executing and reporting on the design and operating effectiveness of controls as well as processes, systems, risk management and governance across all risk creating areas of the Market Services business. Delivering against multiple and often time concurrent projects, managing conflicting priorities to achieve results on time Planning, determining scope areas and performing audit procedures in specific Market Services areas Providing input to auditees for solutions to address audit findings Establishing and maintaining relationships with key technology and business stakeholders You will need the following skills and experience 15+ years of risk-focused internal audit or related experience Strong experience working with regulated businesses and/or exchanges Strong communication skills, both written and verbal And it would be great if you have experience with Experience working with US and European regulators Come as You Are Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
