Located in the heart of Bucktown, Bucktown Wicker Park Dental is looking for a Full-time Office Manager to join our talented and compassionate team of dental professionals Our dental practice focuses on providing excellent dental services to the community of Bucktown Wicker Park. Oversee Bucktown Wicker Park dental office operations. Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing. Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction. Open the office for the morning shifts, close the office during evening shifts. Check patients in and out. Implement and ensure consistency of systems and workflows from Smiles on Randolph. Supervise, train, and evaluate dental office staff. Foster a positive, productive work environment. Provide direction and guidance to staff. Act as the point of contact and connection, ensuring smooth coordination and information flow, & travel between Crown Point and Bucktown Wicker Park weekly to facilitate these interactions. Facilitate regular inter-office communication. Maintain communication with referral offices. Two-week initial training at Crown Point, IN. Identify and implement efficiency and profitability strategies. Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions. Manage dental business operations for excellent patient support. Organize and present payment schedules. Ensure secure and compliant record storage. Treatment planning, explaining insurance benefits, generating plans in Eaglesoft, and closing consultations. Maintain hygiene and doctors schedules. Upbeat, friendly personality with a strong growth mindset. Being a team player and being able to lead by example
