Description: The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative operations of our construction office. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of office functions, supporting project teams, and maintaining a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems. Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely communication and documentation. Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Maintain records of employee attendance, payroll, and other HR-related tasks. Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation. Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Support the finance department with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management. Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions. Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
