Tax Director, Principal

Together we are searching for a Tax Director, Principal to join their team at their Hamilton, NJ location. The compensation for this position is $160k-$175k based on experience. Requirements: Be a technical and consultative tax resource to all professionals in the firm. Keep up technically and disseminate information to tax professionals and the remainder of the firm as appropriate. Provide advice relating to a variety of corporate tax structure needs within our client base. Consult with other professionals within the firm on technical tax matters. Assist all client service teams as needed (i.e. manager-level review of files, participating as a subject matter expert, etc.) Write articles and newsletters to disseminate tax law changes and issues to clients and prospective clients. Qualifications: Must possess a JD degree and an LLM is preferred. Have deep and wide-ranging technical tax advisory skills covering a variety of areas. Must possess proficient computer skills, with particular skills in building financial models. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
