Job Details Job Location STATE ROUTE 63 - LEBANON, OH Position Type Full Time Education Level 2 Year Degree Salary Range $17.75 - $20.00 Hourly Job Shift 2nd shift Job Category Nonprofit - Social Services Description Position Summary: Performs duties and leads/supervises others to support site operations in accordance with the contract, licensing, accreditation and agency practices. Ensures client needs are met and designated practices are followed. Position Description: Support site operations to ensure appropriate services are delivered Maintain program operation effectively and adhere to all guidelines regulations and standards Supervise up to 4 FTEs in non-clinical roles while fostering teamwork and strong communication Complete direct service activities pertaining to the job/program need Present and monitor training for all applicable staff Plan for necessary coverage, inventory, maintenance and oversight so that quality operations continue Communicate key information in a timely manner and take action as needed Maintain workflow and delegate effectively Work with direct supervisor on initiatives for effective operations Make periodic rounds of buildings/grounds to ensure safe, secure and optimal facility operations Provide on-going oversight of client activity Complete accurate and timely documentation utilizing designated software Respond to emergencies using appropriate techniques and decisions Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate professional behavior and strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain and ensure appropriate boundaries with staff and clients Ability to establish a positive work environment and model strong professional behavior Ability to resolve conflict in an open, effective and timely manner Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task Knowledge of crisis management skills and techniques Effective use of computer and basic data management for record keeping purposes Driving if required by program Job Requirements: Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience and; 1-3 years experience in similar setting or role Essential Functions/Physical Demands: Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Frequent standing and walking. Occasional sitting. Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling. May require ability to walk up to four flights of stairs depending on location. Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking/communicating. Ability to operate standard office equipment including computer.
