Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics The Quality Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for the execution of our customer complaint resolution process within our distribution and logistics teams. This position is part of the Quality Organization located in Indianapolis, Indiana and will be remote with a requirement to be on-site as needed. What you'll do Collaborate with Suppliers, Logistics, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to deliver quality improvements that minimize the costs of quality and improve processes. Lead Logistics & warehouse complaint resolution and CAPA investigations in collaboration with operations & Supplier quality, Execute customer complaint cases to closure, including complaint review, evaluation, severity assignment, case routing and follow-up. Work with the Lead Quality Engineer to monitor complaint status and areas of focus within Logistics and Distribution service for our US based warehouse. Who you are Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a technical field with experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance. A quality professional with a minimum of 2 years of quality related work experience. Experience in working with logistics providers (3PL, warehouse, transportation, brokers) or supplier quality management. Proactive, self-driven, results seeking, individual who enjoys driving improvement, collaborating with teams and delivering impact. Effective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change (cross-functionally and globally).
