PDMI is looking for a 340B Account Manager to join our team! As a 340B Account Manager, you will play a vital role in the implementation and ongoing support of client 340B programs. This role involves setting up new accounts, managing existing client relationships, and maintaining accurate data to ensure compliance and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients, pharmacies, and internal teams to drive program efficiency while also developing your expertise in 340B program knowledge. Flexible Work: Fully remote opportunity with a company that cares. Key Responsibilities: New Account Implementation (40-60%) Guide 340B Account Coordinators in gathering and managing client data. Advise clients on implementation and program parameters, conducting simulations and making adjustments as needed. Manage client data feeds, set up SFTP feeds, and initiate pharmacy replenishment programs. Conduct "go live" reviews and train clients on PDMI reporting. Existing Account Maintenance (30-50%) Act as the primary contact for clients, advising on 340B market trends and profitability strategies. Monitor and ensure accuracy in client data feeds; provide off-hours support as needed. Support clients with settlement activities and assist in maintaining high-quality program standards. Coordinate with Senior Account Managers and Directors on invoicing and quality assurance. Personal Development (10%) Mentor and train 340B Account Coordinators to build their program knowledge. Attend industry updates and conferences to stay current with 340B trends. Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent Pharmacy Tech experience/certification; completion of 340B University preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SQL, OneNote, Word), 340B systems, FlexGen, and teleconferencing tools. Strong skills in client communication, organization, and documentation. Ability to manage client issues independently and escalate as needed, with an aptitude for interpreting 340B Service Agreements.
