Assembly Operator

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Assembly Operator to join our team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products in a timely and efficient manner. The end result of this job position is to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered to our customers on time. Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing Ability to read and interpret technical documents, a tape measure, and drawings Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards Experience with hand and power tools Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Excellent communication and teamwork skills Responsibilities: Assemble products according to established procedures and guidelines Operate and maintain assembly equipment Perform quality checks on finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes Skills: As an Assembly Operator, you will use your attention to detail and technical skills to assemble high-quality products. You will also use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that arise during the assembly process. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential in this role, as you will work closely with other team members to achieve our production goals.
