We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Computer Systems Analyst 2 to work out of Arlington, VA. *Hybrid* Essential Duties: Support the migration of existing SharePoint Solutions from on premise to SharePoint Online and support the development of new and sustain existing solutions in support of our Government Partner mission. Gather and document application requirements, propose SharePoint solutions, develop, and deploy solutions, create training plans, create documentation as part of Software Development Lifecycle processes. Design, code, test and document web and business applications using a variety of development software applications, tools, and techniques. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to create strategies to automate business processes. Delve into complex technical issues while respecting timelines, team commitments and customer processes. Assist with the operations and maintenance of intranet applications, as needed. Support debugging of customer intranet applications as needed. Required Qualifications: Four years of continuous SharePoint development experience. Demonstrated senior-level experience translating business processes into automated software solutions. Experience interfacing with stakeholders and system owners addressing both steady state and development with changing priorities. Experience in producing responsive, multi-platform web applications using a variety of integrated development environments, graphics software applications, techniques, and tools. Strong SharePoint experience. Required experience with the Platform architecture, development, and administration of SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online. Knowledge of relational database design and query concepts. Ability to plan, organize, and keep up with multiple projects and multiple project deadlines with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with both On-Premises SharePoint and SharePoint Online. Experience with SharePoint InfoPath forms. Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI. Experience in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates. Experience with MS Teams and Office 365. Experience maintaining release schedules. Ability to assess and plan future SharePoint infrastructure. Ability to adapt to changes in course while maintaining productivity. Minimum of 4 years significant experience in SharePoint Development and Implementations. Minimum of 4 years significant experience in Business Analysis. Experience with SQL and Dataverse. Education/ Certification: Bachelor's degree with 4 years' experience or work experience equivalence.
