We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer with expertise in Symfony to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our large-scale enterprise RESTful APIs built with Symfony. You will work closely with our development team to implement new features, improve existing codebase, and ensure the stability and scalability of our API. Job Responsibilities Be actively involved in and participate in the overall application lifecycle, from planning and design through to deployment and maintenance. Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and solid software solutions. Write clean and manageable code with comments and unit tests using modern development standards, methodologies, coding standards, and best practices, such as SOLID principles and design patterns. Actively participate in and contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback. Refactor code to improve readability, maintainability, and performance. Effectively collaborate with business analysts (BA), systems analysts (SA), quality assurance analysts (QA), and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Maintain open communication with all stakeholders. Keep up with the latest advancements and developments in technologies, evaluating their potential application to our projects and incorporating them into our development processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and implement new features. Optimize application performance through performance tuning, caching strategies, and code optimization. Ensure scalability of the application.
