LPN - Hillsborough NJ

Medix is currently hiring for an LPN in Hillsborough, NJ. This is a full time on site position. Job Responsibilities: Obtain, verify, and record patient health histories. Gather relevant health data through physical assessments, patient records, and laboratory specimen collection. Document patient visit information, including medication, allergies, and history in EMR. Refill medications as directed by the physician. Provide basic patient care as ordered and administer medications and treatments. Assist other healthcare professionals in exams, diagnostic procedures, treatments, and minor medical procedures. Explain treatments and procedures to patients, relay instructions to families, and manage patient calls. Clean exam rooms and equipment between visits to maintain infection control. Order, sort, store supplies, and restock exam rooms as needed. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm Requirments: High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an approved practical nursing program. Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience; clinic / Ambulatory experience preferred. State-licensed practical nurse Current CPR certification Traveling to local offices.
