About the job The Red Hat Information Technology team is looking for a seasoned program manager to join the Enterprise Identity and Access Management team . IAM houses multiple technology solutions and business processes, to ensure the right people have access to the right assets ( corporate data and applications) and for the right reasons. It helps keep the risk of unauthorized access related impact at bay! In this role, you will have the opportunity to own the delivery of a brand new Identity Access and Lifecycle Governance system (IGA) from scratch. This is a great high visibility and high impact opportunity to bring innovative solutions to complex IAM problems. The customers and partners of this solution pan all across Red Hat Enterprise. What you will do Partner closely with the IAM team and other key teams to create a solid roadmap for program delivery. Help run discovery workshops , create documentation for project charters, dependencies, agile methodology structure, KPI tracking, dependency and critical path indicators, deliverables, status dashboards etc. Lead end-to-end delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release and change management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination Partner with several teams in IT and outside such as Enterprise Apps, InfoSec, IT Experience, Workplace Tech,dev IT, Controls, Engineering teams etc to manage complex and large-scale cross-team deliverables, clarifying needs and value, securing commitment from teams across the organization, setting timelines, and leading activities from design through delivery end to end. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clarity to program goals, commitments, risks, progress, and deliverable quality. Provide clear, consistent, and accurate status and progress of initiatives to IAM and partner teams, and executive leadership Taking a hands-on and proactive approach to unblock when needed, introduce efficiencies, and provide workflow solutions. Help operationalize the project and accountability on deliverables completion, sign offs and future tracking What you will bring 8+ years of proven technical program management experience in large scale complex cross org initiatives and a passion for technology, security and delivery. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, modern project management tools and techniques. IAM or security knowledge will be nice to have. Ability to clearly communicate and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including an executive audience. Very strong interpersonal skills are a must for this role as you will be working across the org with various key stakeholders Ability to map dependencies and relationships between initiatives and teams, manage and mitigate risks to program deliverables, and coordinate work across disparate teams. Will not hesitate to roll their sleeves and jump in to solve problems as needed Ability to influence others of varying levels within a matrix organization Focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The salary range for this position is $111,260.00 - $183,580.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. Pay Transparency Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
