Business Analyst

Duration: 14 months Location: Hybrid, in Hartford, CT Or Des Moines, IAQualifications:Bachelor's degree and at least three (3+) years of business analyst experience in (OR 10+ years of Business Analyst experience and a high school diploma) in an insurance or financial services company.Strong analytical skills including the ability to quantify impacts and synthesize data from multiple sourcesExperience with business modeling or process mappingDemonstrated self-starter and effective individual contributorStrong financial acumen and ability to complete Cost Benefit Analysis work independentlyStrong analytical, organization and interpersonal skillsExperience working within various delivery methodologies. Agile experience is required. Ability to excel and lead in a fast-paced environment while taking on diverse responsibilitiesAbility to understand, document and effectively communicate up and down stream system and process impactsExcellent communication skills, work ethic and a high level of personal integrity and accountabilityMust have an entrepreneurial attitude and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesPluses: Experience working with external vendors and outsourced business modelsStrong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Visio Scaled Agile experience
