The Catering Event Manager is responsible for day-to-day event planning, management, and catering sales to ensure that events run smoothly and meet customer satisfaction. The Catering Event Manager must ensure the coordination of all food service activities, including menu planning, ordering of food and supplies, and the scheduling and supervision of all staff.QualificationsCustomer service, event planning, and event management skillsCatering sales and food service experienceAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience in the catering industryBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fieldKnowledge of food and beverage, health and safety, and regulatory standards and complianceAbility to work well in a team environment
