Mid/Senior Associate Attorney (Corporate/Transactional)

Gamma Law, the premier Web3 law firm, is accepting applications for a corporate and transactional lawyer with 3-12 years' experience to manage fast-moving deals for cutting-edge clients in video games, blockchain, VRAR and digital media, as well as international market-entry. Corporate finance and securities experience highly desirable. Excellent credentials and law firm experience required. California bar preferred, New York acceptable. Gamma Law currently has offices in San Francisco and New York. The ideal candidate will be able to work from one of these locations on a hybrid remotein-person basis; however, fully-remote may be considered. Competitive compensation and benefits.
