Our progressive supply chain is unmatched, with 16 manufacturing facilities across the globe.We are seeking a HSE Coordinator to join our team at KOST USA! You will be part of the Environmental Health & Safety team responsible for implementing and overseeing the Environmental, Health and Safety Corporate programs within facilities in Cincinnati.The role involves administering compliance with the safety program and leading accident prevention efforts to ensure the company and project safety goals are met. This includes conducting site inspections of project work areas and equipment and assisting in incident investigations to determine root causes and recommend corrective or preventive measures. The position also requires performing and documenting jobsite inspections and audits with a focus on hazard recognition and unsafe behaviors. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and conducting safety meetings and training programs to ensure effective communication among new and existing employees. Other tasks may be this position you will be responsible for:Manage and maintain the compliance software used to create Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and assess regulatory compliance globally.Populate the software with the most recent chemical data available. Develop expert knowledge of the compliance software and support Manager in the development of a companywide training program.Support regulatory assessment of new products andor new markets.Assist in the development and maintenance of a compliance system to manage government licenses, permits, registrations and applicable certifications.Maintain awareness of government regulations affecting Recochem, specifically as it relates to environmental sustainability.Required Experience:Bachelor`s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related fieldExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and oral communication. Ability to grasp new concepts and evaluate scientific data as needed.Ability to work independently while delivering professional support to cross functional teams. Competency in Microsoft Office.
