If you're an effective and aggressive sales professional with proven metrics, a difference maker, and a self-starter, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Prospect Aggressively: Initiate contact with new potential clients to uncover and develop future business opportunities.Maintain Relationships: Keep active and ongoing relationships with current and prospective clients.Exceed Quotas: Consistently meet and surpass quotas and metrics.Research & Identify: Utilize all available resources to continuously research and identify new prospective clients.Qualify Requirements: Understand and qualify client needs through detailed communication and analysis.Manage Opportunities: Simultaneously handle multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle.Partner with Microsoft ATU: Maintain and grow field-level relationships with Microsoft ATU personnel and other partners.Collaborate with Recruiting Team: Work closely with CEI's recruiting team to match candidates with client requirements.Negotiate Effectively: Conduct detailed negotiations to meet client expectations while developing overall GM expectations.Required ExperienceAbilities:Bachelor's Degree3+ Years of Business Development Experience: Account Management experience will be considered.1+ Years of Staff Augmentation or Solutions ExperienceProven IT Sales ExperienceTrack Record of Exceeding Quotas: Verifiable history of exceeding quotas year after year.Client Sourcing & Closing Abilities: Proven and consistent.Self-Motivated & Driven: Energetic personality with an exceptional work ethic.Confidence & Enthusiasm: Project and maintain confidence and enthusiasm over the phone and during field presentations.Consultative Sales Approach: Effectively interpret prospective buying signs and navigate sales situations
