The role involves designing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio visual systems, video conferencing setups, lighting, projectors, and other related equipment. While the role is primarily located in Philadelphia, some remote work is acceptable.QualificationsAudio Visual (AV) Systems and Troubleshooting skillsExperience with Video Conferencing systemsKnowledge of Lighting systems and ProjectorsStrong problem-solving and technical skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsCertifications in related fields (e.g., CTS, CEDIA) are a plusMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field preferred
