Consumer Litigation Attorney

Our boutique consumer protection firm located in Center City Philadelphia is seeking to hire a litigation associate to join our plaintiffs' class action practice group. This role will have an emphasis on class action discovery, legal research, and drafting pleadings and legal briefs. Meticulous attention to detail is critical. The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years as a practicing attorney, and the ability to prioritize and proactively manage case deadlines. Experience independently managing case files and deadlines also required.Responsibilities:Interviewing clients, reviewing various documents, and conducting legal research.Discovery and manage discovery disputes with defense counsel and courts.Drafting litigation documents including complaints and legal memoranda.Skills:Excellent organization, time management, research and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Must be a self starter and have the ability to work independently.Strong computer skills.Must be a team player.Case management software experience is also a plus.We offer a competitive compensation package, including health insurance and employer matched retirement savings terested applicants should apply by forwarding resume.Salary based on experience.
