The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for building client relationships, a willingness to learn, and a hunger to progress in our industry. This role is well suited for an individual looking to grow, is a hands-on learner, and takes interest in understanding how equipment and systems operate.Key Requirements:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in pump and motor repair or a related fieldWillingness to commute regularly to PhiladelphiaExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsResponsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the Philly areaIdentify new business opportunities and generate leads within the local marketUndergo technical training related to our core business operationsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposalsCollaborate with the repair team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completionMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsStay up to date with industry trends, local regulations, and competitor activitiesRepresent the company at trade shows and industry events in the Philly areaQualifications:Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesValid driver's license and ability to travel within the Eastern PA, Southern NJ and Delaware markets.Career Growth:This position offers significant potential for advancement within our organization.
