The successful candidate will assist the Area Sales Lead and clients with quotes preparation, handle entry to mid level sales-related queries, and perform extensive business travel(50% +). This role requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work under quota pressure and collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction. New graduates are also welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:• Maintain and organize sales books and records.• Assist Area Sales Representatives in preparing and following up on quotes.• Answer entry to mid level sales-related queries via phone, email, and text messages.• Prepare sales reports, travel reports, and other necessary documentation.Client Interaction:• Assist in maintaining positive relationships with area clients.• Accompany Area Sales Representatives or Managers on business travels to visit clients.• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Travel and Logistics:• Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team.• Prepare detailed travel reports and document all business travel activities.Cross-Department Collaboration:• Collaborate with service, warehousing logistics, and finance departments to meet client needs and resolve issues.• Ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction by facilitating effective interdepartmental communication.Product Knowledge and Learning:• Continuously work to learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of forklift products and services.• Stay updated with industry trends and product advancements.Other Duties:• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Area Sales Manager.• Maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive for business purposes.Preferred Qualifications:• Education: bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field.• Experience: Previous experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.
