Operating Room Nurse

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team at Incredible Health. As a Surgical Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standardsMaintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating RoomAssist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assignedMonitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgeryCommunicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative careRequirements:ADN or higher degree in nursingActive and unencumbered Registered Nurse license1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferredACLS, PALS certification preferredExperience with aseptic and sterile techniquesExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and familiesBenefits:Healthcare coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision401KPaid Time OffTuition AssistanceCompensation:$73,450 to $127,500 per year
