The Business Analyst will be responsible for market research and analysis to generate insights and recommendations for commercial strategy. This position will process and analyze Specialty Pharmacy, Distributor, Managed Markets Insight & Technology (MMIT) data sets, including reimbursement claims, formulary coverage, pharmacy and medical benefit information, using a variety of statistical methods. Previous experience in managed markets, pharma market access ecosystem, or commercial health insurance industry is required.RESPONSIBILITIESManage operational processes to onboard Specialty Pharmacy DataUnderstand data aggregation and integration processes to identify and resolve data issuesAnalyze large amounts of datainformation to discover and articulate trends and patternsUse advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to synthesize conclusions that will guide strategic decisionsConduct market research, gather and interpret data, execute analysis to develop meaningful insightsPerform ad-hoc analysis and projects as required by managementProvide strategic insights to drive business growth and improve operational efficiencyPresent findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, and provide support in decision-making processesEXPERIENCEA minimum 3 years of professional experience in market research, marketing analysis, consulting, pharmaceuticals, or managed care industryDeep understanding of managed markets, pharma market access ecosystem, or commercial health insurance industryProficiency in Managed Markets Insight & Technology (MMIT) dataExperience in Specialty Pharmacy & Distributor dataSalesforce experience preferredJOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in statistics, business, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related field.OTHER KNOWLEGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Strong analytical and interpersonal skillsMust have organizational skills with the ability to communicate across all departmentsAbility to work independently and adjust priorities to achieve accurate and timely resultsStrong analytical mindset, verbal and written communication skills, and problem solving experienceAbility to balance multiple projects and perform in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency in computer skills, including Excel pivot tables and v-look-up, Word, and PowerPointAbility to identify opportunities for process improvements and aptitude for continuous improvement and change
