Patient Service RepresentativePride Health is hiring a Patient Service Representative for one of its clients in Indiana. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits.Location - Indianapolis, IN (46234) - Onsite Length of assignment - 3 months (Possibility of an extension)Pay range - $16 - $18.50 per hour. Shift - Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Job Summary Checking inoutpatients for a busy 8-provider family practice office, collecting balances and copays, scheduling appointments, answering incoming calls, relay messages to clinical staff. A direct team of 2-3 people each day, but also working indirectly with the entire office of 25 employees. RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Required.2 years of experience in a primary care office and an understanding of insurance--MedicareMedicaidcommercial is required.
