Position: Failure Analysis TechnicianLocation: Durham, NCPay: $20 to $22hour (depending on experience)Experience:2+ years of experience within an Electronics Tech or relevant role, troubleshooting root cause and failure analysisExperience in troubleshooting analog and digital circuitsEducation: Associate's degree or higher in Electronics Technology or an equivalent disciplineType: Full-time; ContractSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pmGreene Resources is seeking a Failure Analysis Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!Job Description:Troubleshoot, debug, and determine root causes at multiple system levels for customer devicesAnalyze circuits and topologies to identify marginal failure root causesLead recovery actions and repairs for failing devicesDevelop, maintain, and improve troubleshooting solutions within the area of responsibilityCollaborate with various engineering groups to assess whether data suggests a need for process or product improvementsProvide input on opportunities for improvementAssist with the fabrication and development of new equipment, fixtures, and test programsEnhance the Failure Analysis Procedure and support cross-training initiativesPosition Requirements: Proficient in reading and interpreting assembly drawings, schematics, and board layoutsExperienced with a variety of testing and measuring devices, such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, and benchtop power suppliesFamiliar with data collection and analysis methodsAbility to set up test stations and device connections according to work instructionsKnowledgeable in device and test station maintenanceEnergetic, enthusiastic, and possessing a strong sense of personal responsibilityStrong verbal, customer-facing, and written communication skillsWell-organized, disciplined, and detail-orientedGreene Resources does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
