Warehouse Manager

LHH is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located on the West Side of Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to build and lead a team which distributes products across the US. You will direct inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations for a 200K sq ft facility. The compensation is commensurate to experience and ranges between $70,000-80,000 per year and includes a comprehensive benefit package, Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match. ***Company will not sponsor applicants for Work Visas*** JOB RESPONSIBILITIESLead, plan, and oversee inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations during your assigned shift Coordinate all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products to domestic and global customersResponsible for the storage, inventory management, and distribution of finished goods as well as raw materialMaintain accurate inventory transaction records by completing daily cycle counts and performing root cause analysis to identify and prevent future non-conformance issuesEnsures international shipping documentation is in order for product sent to overseas markets.Ensure maximum return on investment through effective operational performance and the successful completion of assigned projectsAdminister performance management programEvaluate and recommend training resources to support employee developmentFollow corporate policies to meet both short and long term goals regarding safety, performance, and complianceMaintain adherence to health and safety standards QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5 years of operations supervision experience within a warehousing andor distribution environment is requiredMust have experience working with an ERP andor WMS system (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, Manhattan, Red Prairie, etc.)Must have experience resolvingpreventing safety-related issues and reportables in a warehousing andor manufacturing settingMust possess the ability to maintain high level of detail and integrity while executing responsibilitiesMust have experience in partnering with colleagues in all levels of an organization to drive priorities***Company will not sponsor applicants for Work Visas***If you or someone in your network fit this profile and would like to apply for this Warehouse Manager Job on the West Side of Indianapolis, IN, please submit your application alongside your resume using the link in this posting.
