Sales Representative

The right salesperson for this role will be someone who wants to grow and thrive while exceeding their quota and contributing to the company's success.Objectives for this roleRepresent the brand in a professional manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experienceIdentify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsellsSpeak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issuesResponsibilities Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and servicesParticipate in training and seek opportunities for improving operationsDevelop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutionsRequired skills and qualificationsOutstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, especially in high-stress situationsStrong business acumen and sense of ethicsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to team effortsEvery employee on the team earns a supplemental salary. It is structured as $24HR. Additionally, each employee on the team has a commission package which is unlimited. This will be covered more in-depth in the interview.
