The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The Superintendent will also be responsible for coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar roleKnowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materialsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of safety regulations and proceduresAbility to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
