Litigation Attorney

About: A top international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its established Litigation department in their Indianapolis office.The team has experience working on matters in both national and international disputes. The groups representational experience includes civil fraud, complex cross-border disputes, consumer class action, and multi-district litigation.The Role Requires: Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant law firm setting.Experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills.Experience handling high-stake litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe.Familiarity with working on matters at both a national and international level.Familiarity with managing electronic discovery, including managing document collections and vendors is a plus.Experience with depositions, motion practice, and handling oral arguments is a plus.Trial experience is beneficial.Excellent academic records, as well as superb skills in writing, communication, interpersonal, and analytical.About the Firm: The firm has a great platform of over 1,200 attorneys from New York to Shanghai.
