We are seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Position SummaryAs an Attorney specializing in Real Estate Litigation, you will play a pivotal role in representing our clients in a variety of complex legal matters related to real estate disputes and landlord-tenant relationships. You will be responsible for handling court hearings, trials, rent board matters, law and motion work, and discovery. Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in real estate and landlord-tenant disputes, including eviction proceedings and lease negotiations.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Prepare and present cases at court hearings and trials, effectively advocating for clients' interests.Manage the discovery process, including gathering evidence, taking depositions, and responding to discovery requests.Provide clients with strategic legal advice and guidance on compliance with real estate laws and regulations.Negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolution when appropriate.Stay current on changes in real estate law and landlord-tenant regulations to provide informed counsel. QualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the California State BarMinimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on real estate litigation and landlord-tenant disputesProven track record of success in handling court hearings, trials, law & motion work, and discoveryExcellent legal research and writing skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for advocating for clients and achieving positive outcomes BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
