If so, then WineDirect is the place for you.We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Marketing team. As an Assistant Marketing Manager at our American Canyon, CA office.As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be a key part of communicating our key messaging to prospects, clients and the industry-at-large. The marketing team are the stewards of the brand and are responsible for educating our global winery clients about all that we offer. You will be delivering high-quality client communications that build brand loyalty, drive feature adoption and ultimately help our clients succeed. Working with our sales, product and support teams, you'll execute the Go-To-Market strategy for new product features and initiatives and ensure we deliver a consistent, customer-centered experience. In short: you will ensure that the right customers are getting the right message, through the right channels, at the right time.This job will be based in our offices in American Canyon, California, and the person hired will need to be able to travel as needed to our other facilities.What you'll be doing: Along with our Client Success team, be the "˜Voice of the Client' in working with the Development teams on new products and features.Execute customer-facing communications including webinars, sales materials, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts & social media posts.Execute the go-to-market strategy for new product launches.Along with Client Success, be an internal advocate for our customers.Drive feature adoption and plan upgrades through multi-channel campaigns.Lead trade show event management and production.Offer creative problem solving and analytical reasoning.As a team player, be ready to dive into additional tasks if the need arises.Other duties as assigned.Who you are:Candidates must possess highly developed sense of empathy, with a focus on ensuring the best experience for our partners, clients, and the end-consumer.1-2 years of marketing experience.Grasp of effective marketing and sales collateral.Basic understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, customer journey maps, personas, messaging, and positioning.Solid grasp of digital marketing best practices including blogging, SEO, email marketing and social media.Some exposure to quantitative analytics and familiarity with marketing analytics and AB testing.Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational skills.Ability to distill complex ideas and technical jargon into plain fortable executing programs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Why WineDirect:You will have the ability to transform the wine industry by facilitating wineries ability to sell their products globally.You'll get to work with and support a stellar group of people who work together to care for our clients and their customers.You'll be empowered to make decisions, both to get the job done and to further your career.We have a competitive compensation package including medical, dental and vision coverage as well as Life, Long Term Disability, AD&D, and a 401(k) plan.WineDirect is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
