Associate Buyer

Our client is looking for an Associate Buyer to join their team in East Syracuse, NY, 13057. All training is done on-site, but has a hybrid option available once training is complete. The Associate Buyer supports acquisition and sourcing of materials and resources required for the company for direct andor indirect material including assisting with contracts and order creation.Day to day responsibilities:Review Master and Technical Service Agreements and Statements of Work to prepare, create, and monitor purchase order requisitionsReceive and reconcile invoicesCreate and manage outsourcing SOW requests through Fieldglass and AribaManage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, including the evaluation and verification of new suppliers' financial health, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, and facilitating the integration of new vendors into the procurement system.
