Join us at Gap International and be a part of a team that drives transformational change and delivers exceptional results for our clients.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with writers, designers, and other team members to improve content quality and coherence, verify distinctions, timing, and organization of content.Maintain consistency of the content, style, tone and voice, ensuring it meets the company's guidelines.Proofread, edit, and ensure quality of various types of content including manuals, leader guides, slide decks and other supporting materials.Ensure text is free of grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.Synchronize content between slides and manualsCollaborate with team members regarding strategic prioritiesManage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred.1-3 years' previous experience in editing or writing is preferred but not ternships, student publications, or freelance editing experience is beneficial.Exceptional grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong command of the English language.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in editing.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeGap International AssociatesPurposeful people at work impacting companies around the world.People who thrive in a learning environment and enjoy learning, growing, and performing at their best; energized to continually push beyond their comfort fortable with ambiguity; eager to take on things they don't know how to do.Curious and flexible when it comes to their own growth and development, as well as receptive to coaching and feedback to maximize their potential.Willing to communicate and contribute thoughts, insights and new ideas to senior leaders both internally and externally.One thing that differentiates one's experience at Gap International is everyone has the opportunity to learn our unique consulting methodology.
