If you're driven by a passion for family law and want to be part of a dynamic and growing team where the sky's the limit, we'd love for you to join us on this exciting journey!Role Overview:We are seeking a driven, passionate Family Law Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a fierce litigator and negotiator, you will represent clients in their family law matters, from initial consultations through to resolution. In this role, you will manage your own caseload and advocate zealously for your clients in matters such as divorce, custody, child support, and family offense cases. You will be expected to handle litigation independently while contributing to the firm's positive and energetic culture.Key Responsibilities:Litigation • Provide legal advice and counsel on family law issues. • Represent clients in court proceedings and advocate for their best interests. • Handle cases involving divorce, custody, child support, and other family law matters.Research • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and drafting assignments.Drafting • Draft motions, memoranda, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, and other legal documents.Key Performance Indicators: • Billing: Minimum of 30 billable hours per week. • Client Satisfaction: Aim for 10 Google reviews with 5 stars per month. • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates every 2 weeks.Qualifications & Attributes: • Ability to manage an individual caseload with minimal supervision. • Strong communication skills and client relationship management. • Proficiency in Westlaw and Microsoft Office. • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent time management skills. • Commitment to meeting court deadlines and delivering high-quality work. • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and writing skills.Additional Information:Candidates will be required to submit a writing sample and provide two professional references.Benefits: • Paid vacation time • Paid time off for Federal Holidays • 401(k) with employer match • Monthly stipend for Medical InsuranceCompensation: $95k-$115k base salary + bonuses and commission eligibility
