Job Title: Office Admin (Temp to Hire)Location: Conshohocken, PAPay Rate: $19-$23hrJob Type: Onsite Job Responsibilities:Provide onsite support for the leadership team Handle general administrative tasks such as managing incoming packages, ordering office supplies, maintaining the breakroom, and running the dishwasher.Assist with UPS shipments and other logistical duties.Perform basic tasks using Excel, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.Manage the office calendar, including scheduling interviews and vendor appointments.Coordinate and support office operations for 60 employees in the PA office and three additional office locations.Serve as the point of contact for the leadership team regarding office management and scheduling.Requirements:Entry-level position with some prior office experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
