Leading the Project From Start to Finish. Oversee the site team, subcontractors, and laborers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve site-level issues like material delays or workforce coordination. Resolve construction challenges.  Working With the Project Management Team to Ensure Project Performs & Meets Deadlines, Costs, etc. Communicate daily progress with the project manager. Plan Interpretation: Accurately interpret plans and guide subcontractors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.As the Superintendent, you'll be a vital part of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure the flawless execution of construction projects. Your role will involve on-site coordination, managing field staff, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.Qualifications 3+ Years Superintendent Experience 5+ years Construction Experience Commercialindustrial Construction Experience Valid Drivers LicenseOur Preferred Candidate: Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management or a related field.Experience: 4+ years of experience in industrial construction management.Skills: Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost accounting.Attributes: Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills; Procore experience is a plus.Benefits Base Salary : $100K - $130K DOE + (Bonus ProjectPerformance, etc.) PTOCompany Paid HolidaysSick DaysCareer Development: Opportunity for career growth and professional development in a thriving construction environment.
